E-mail can be a wonderful means of communicating: it is also perhaps the single most modern evil ever inflicted on the human race! We receive upwards of 400 emails a day. If we are a little slow to respond, please don’t be personally offended or take it as a slight; please also don’t write to us saying: I sent you an email 20 minutes ago, why haven’t you replied? We are an army of volunteers – and if we are to get anything done at all, it means we do only check our emails once a day, and we promise you we will respond just as quickly as we can!
