Cancellation Policy
  1. Cancellation Policy
  2. Before proceeding any further, please carefully read this cancellation notice. By signing this form you consent to accepting the cancellation policy and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. The policy will be rigorously enforced
  3. Cancellation 45 days before the start of the conference = no penalty
  4. Cancellation within 45-30 days before the start of the conference = 30% of total costs
  5. Cancellation within 29-7 days before the start of the conference = 75% of total costs
  6. Cancellation within 7 days (including no shows) before the start of the conference = 100% of total costs
  7. Inter-disciplinary.Net retains the right to alter or cancel this conference and will provide notice as quickly as practicable of any cancellation or material alteration. Neither Inter-Disciplinary.Net nor its agents or employees will be required to reimburse travel or other costs incurred by participants because of cancellations or alterations of the conference. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy stated in the booking form. Delegates are strongly advised to take out independent travel insurance.

Upcoming Events
New Publications Site Launched
We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new publications site: Inter-Disciplinary Press. All publications will shortly removed from this site and ported over to the new site which will be dedicated to interdisciplinary publishing of all varieties.

New Projects Planned for Hong Kong and North America
2012 will see us expand our footprint to take in Hong Kong and North America. Initially scheduled as two sets of 4 projects in each location, there will be a research-focused orientation to the activities which will take place. These will be linked to a progressive publications plan consisting of a new 'Handbook' style series designed to bring together the best in interdisciplinary collaboration.

July was a busy month for the server! 667,708 hits were recorded on the Inter-Disciplinary.Net, with 49,720 unique visitors. The continuing response to and global recognition of our work never ceases to be a source of delight to everyone involved and a huge 'thank you' for your on-going support and interest in our projects.
