Conference Venue
The conference venue is the Anglo-American College located in Lazenska Street just off the Charles Bridge. The street is clearly identifiable from the map shown under the Hotel Charles. The College shares grounds with the Maltese Embassy.

Accommodation
We are pleased to announce that we will be offering four hotels for the conference. August is an extremely busy time in Prague - and we have limited availability at each hotel. Please look at the availability notes listed under each hotel.

Prices listed here are correct at the time of advertising and represent a discounted conference price off normal rates: please be aware, however, that should there be major currency fluctuations, prices may change. You will be notified immediately should this occur. These rates are only available if you book using the conference booking form.

3 star - Hotel William

The hotel is situated in the lesser town part of the city centre. The Charles Bridge and the conference venue are within five minutes walking distance. The hotel has 42 rooms, all equipped with bathroom, WC, radio, satellite TV and safe (activated for a small fee).

Buffet breakfast is served in the breakfast room. Services include 24-hour reception and 5 parking places.

4 star - Best Western Meteor Plaza

The Meteor Plaza is part of the association of independent private hotels BEST WESTERN. The first recorded mention of this charming, old world hotel situated in the very heart of the city goes back to 1307. In the 17th century the son of the Empress Maria Theresia, later Emperor Josef II, stayed here.Toay you will find here a modern hotel in a baroque building.

4 star Best Western Hotel Kampa

The hotel is situated in the picturesque lesser town, on the Kampa island below the Charles bridge, approximately 5 - 10 minutes walk from the conference venue. The building in which the hotel is situated was originally an armoury built in early Baroque style at the beginning of the17th century.

The hotel has 5 single 40 double, 37 twin and 2 triple bedrooms. All rooms equipped with shower, WC, direct dial telephone, cable TV, safe and mini-bar. Buffet breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant. In the hotel restaurant they serve Czech and International cuisine during the entire day. For drinks the hotel bar is available for hotel guests. Services include 24-hour reception, room service as long as the restaurant is open, laundry service and parking for 10 cars in the courtyard.

The hotel is situated just off the Charles Bridge, near Prague Castle, and across the street from the conference venue. The Hotel Charles is housed in an architecturally interesting building and offers international standards of comfort and convenience, while maintaining the charm of the historical and romantic setting of the lesser side Mala Strana.

The ceiling between the beams are decorated elaborately with painted foliage and will entertain you as you gaze up from the luxurious beds. Family rooms and suites are available on request. Transfers from the airport to the hotel can be pre-booked from this hotel (price to be confirmed). Your taxi driver will meet you inside the airport and deliver you directly to the hotel.
