Conference Timings
The conference will begin at 2.00pm on Thursday 25th September 2003 and
will finish at 4.30pm on Sunday 28th September 2003. Registration will
be from 12.00pm on the opening day of the conference.
Papers, Responses, Work-in-Progress, Workshops
Papers should be of no more than 20 minutes duration (circa 8 pages).
Responses to Papers should be of no more than 10 minutes duration. Work-in-Progress
presentations should be of no more than 15 minutes duration. The time
allotted to workshops will considered on an individual basis. Other forms
of presentation will be considered on request.
Abstracts are to be submitted by Friday 13th June
2003. Abstracts may be submitted before that date. You will be notified
within 10 days of submission whether your proposal has been accepted or
rejected.
Full conference papers are to be submitted by Friday
22nd August 2003 at the latest. Please submit papers to Dr
Rob Fisher.
Both the 300 word abstract and the draft paper will be
available on this web site before the conference commences. Papers will
initially be available in downloadable .pdf format; if time permits, they
will also be available in Word format as well.
Publication Process
All conference papers accepted for and presented at the conference
will be published in an ISBN eBook with the Inter-Disciplinary Press.
Up to 12 selected papers will go forward for inclusion in a hard copy
ISBN themed volume in the 'At The Interface/Probing the Boundaries'
series published by Rodopi.
Editors for both the eBook and the hard copy volume will be
sought from those attending the conference.
Venue and Accommodation
The conference is being held at St Catherine's College, Oxford.
The venue is accessible to delegates who have a disability. Both single
standard rooms, single en-suite rooms and a limited range of twin bedded
rooms are available.

Conference Registration Fee
The conference registration fee is 105gbp.
All costs - registration fee and hotel accommodation
- must be paid by Friday 1st August 2003.
Methods of Payment
Payment should be made by cheque, in pounds sterling (gbp). Cheques
must be drawn against a bank with headquarters in the United Kingdom.

Institutions can be invoiced for conference costs. It
is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure that payment is received
by that date.
All fees are payable in advance. No delegate
will be permitted entry to the conference if an invoice is still unpaid.
