Abstracts are to be submitted by Friday 4th June 2004 at the latest. Abstracts may be submitted before that date. You will be notified within 7 days of submission whether your proposal has been accepted or rejected. Full conference papers are to be submitted by Monday 13th August 2004 at the latest. Please submit papers to: Dr Rob Fisher Both the 300 word abstract and the draft paper will be available on this web site before the conference commences. Papers will initially be available in downloadable .pdf format; if time permits, they will also be available in Word format as well.
Up to 12 selected papers will go forward for inclusion in a hard copy ISBN themed volume in the 'At The Interface/Probing the Boundaries' series published by Rodopi. Editors for both the eBook and the hard copy volume will be sought from those attending the conference. One volume of themed papers is in print and one volume of themed papers from the previous conference are in press.
The conference venue is Mansfield College Oxford. Accommodation is also being offered at the College.
Mansfield College occupies one of the most attractive sites in Oxford. The 1886 buildings, which house all the College's public rooms, are regarded as amongst the finest work of the important Victorian architect, Basil Champneys. Mansfield's spacious site is close to all the libraries and shops, yet in a quiet position near to the University parks and River Cherwell. The location of the venue can be found on the map provided in the accommodation section. Please do not contact the hotel with questions about the conference. All costs - registration fee and accommodation - must be paid by Friday 23rd July 2004. No accommodation bookings will be accepted after this date; unpaid bookings will be cancelled.

Bank Transfer Travelers Cheque's By Invoice Payment may also be made using an International Money Order or Western Union transfer. Credit Card All fees are payable in advance. No delegate will be permitted entry to the conference if an invoice is still unpaid.
