Both single and twin bedded rooms have been reserved at the hotel.

The hotel was built in the Art Nouveau style of the elegant and spacious palace-hotels in 1918.

In addition, the Hotel Gellert is famous for being a spa-hotel.

Entry to the spa pools is free if you book accommodation at the hotel. There is also a swimming pool, sparkling bath, wave bath, thermal/steam bath, treatment centre with diagnostic section and treatment equipments.

 


The hotel has 234 rooms which are all fully equipped with

  • private bath or shower
  • toilet
  • radio
  • colour-TV (with in house movies, Sky tv and CNN)
  • minibar.

In addition there is the Danube Restaurant with international Hungarian cuisine, a Brasserie, Cafe and drink bar. The hotel also offers laundry and dry cleaning services, barber, hairdresser, beauty salon, baby-sitting service, 24 hour room service and transfer cars.

The hotel is situated at the Danube embankment at the foot of the Gellert Hill, 10 minutes walk from city and business centres. Subway nearby, 3 km from railway station, 16/22 km from Ferihegy International Airport.

 



The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings;

  • Cancellation 45 days before the start of the conference = no penalty
  • Cancellation within 45-20 days before the start of the conference = 30% of total costs
  • Cancellation within 20-7 days before the start of the conference = 70% of total costs
  • Cancellation within 7-0 days (including no shows) before the start of the conference = 100% of total cost
This cancellation policy will be rigorously enforced. You will be asked to sign against a copy of it on the booking form: no booking will be accepted unless accompanied by a signature.
