This study aims to expose the issues related on dissolution of the rule of law by describing and analyzing the situation of human rights in fragile states, to explain how this negative aspect leads to the erosion of society and what measures can be taken in order to control or eliminate these issues. The widespread violation of human rights is an endemic problem, especially in African states, where every day, people are raped (women and children), tortured, killed or displaced. Bullyng is a weapon for those who destroy innocent lives and even if in reality is the cheapest strategy of attack, it has a great effect over weak people. The first stept in this approach, it’s to demonstrate that the violation of human rights is a result of state failure (especially governance errors) and this aspect it will be achieved by analizing and emphasizing the most disturbing events related on this issue, by collecting data according to some social and political indicators and after all, the goal is to create a precise image about the situation of violence victims. The awareness of these aspects is not enough. It also will be needed the presentation of some solutions for preventing and eliminating these kind of disasters. In this case, it will be used aspects related on social justice and on the democratic peace paradigm. Also, in order to have an empirical point of reference, the research will be concentrated almost on the situation of Sudan (especially the situation of women and “soldier children”).
