Hub Level Membership

Hub Level Membership is designed to assist people who are interested in the activities of a particular Hub and wish to be rewarded for getting more involved in that Hub’s activities and events.

Inter-Disciplinary.Net presently has 9 Hubs; these form the core of all our research and publishing activities. The Hubs are: Evil, Education, Diversity and Recognition, Making Sense Of:, Persons, Violence and Hostility, Transformations, Cyber and Ethos. Each Hub has a minimum of 4 and will have a maximum of 10 active projects. Each project has its own set of dedicated publications, and each contributes to the work of a journal.

Hub Level Membership is an annual subscription which costs £30 and applies to the events and activities of one of the nine Hubs.
Membership privileges involve;

  • 5% discount off one meeting registration
  • 10% discount off a second meeting registration
  • 15% discount of a third meeting registration
  • automatic subscription to the Hub call for papers database
  • automatic subscription to the Hub notices and events database
  • 10% off all ID Press and Fisher Imprint publications emerging from Hub projects
  • 15% off all ID Press journal subscriptions

Memberships taken before Friday 27th March 2009 will have a special introductory term of 18 months in recognition of the setup conditions governing the new Hub structures.

Please be aware: taking out membership does not negate our active participation policy; nor does membership imply that proposals submitted for a particular project meeting will be automatically accepted. Nor review procedures continue to apply.
