The conference will begin at 2.00pm on Monday 8th December 2003 and
will finish at 4.30pm on Wednesday 10th December 2003. Registration
will be from 12.00pm on the opening day of the conference.

Papers should be of no more than 20 minutes duration (circa 8 pages).
Work-in-Progress presentations should be of no more than 15 minutes
duration. The time allotted to workshops will considered on an individual
basis. Other forms of presentation will be considered on request.
Abstracts are to be submitted by Friday 1st August
2003. Abstracts may be submitted before that date. You will be
notified within 10 days of submission whether your proposal has been
accepted or rejected.
Full conference papers are to be submitted by Friday
21st November 2003 at the latest. Please submit papers to Dr
Rob Fisher
Both the 300 word abstract and the draft paper will
be available on this web site before the conference commences. Papers
will initially be available in downloadable .pdf format; if time permits,
they will also be available in Word format as well.

All conference papers accepted for and presented at the conference
will be published in an ISBN eBook with the Inter-Disciplinary Press.
Up to 12 selected papers will go forward for inclusion in a hard
copy ISBN themed volume in the 'At The Interface/Probing the Boundaries'
series published by Rodopi.
Editors for both the eBook and the hard copy volume will
be sought from those attending the conference.
The conference is being held at Hotel Mercure Nestroy Wien,
Austria. Both single and twin bedded rooms are available. Please see
the Venue and Accommodation section for further
information and prices.
Booking for the Hotel Mercure Nestroy Wien must be
completed through the official conference booking form.

The conference fee is £170.
This includes;
- registration fee

- Monday coffee/tea with fresh fruits and sandwiches
- Tuesday morning coffee break with fresh fruits and cake
- Tuesday 3 course buffet lunch

All costs - registration fee and hotel accommodation
- must be paid by Friday 3rd October 2003.

There are a number of ways payment can be made.
Cheque
Payment can be made by cheque, in pounds sterling (gbp). Cheque's
must be drawn against a bank with headquarters in the United Kingdom.

Cheques must not be sent in
any currency other than pound sterling (gbp); cheques sent in any
other currency will be returned immediately.
Bank Transfer
Payment may be made using bank transfer. Full details to enable
a bank transfer are made available on your conference invoice. If
paying by this method, you must agree to pay all charges at the sending
and receiving banks.
Travelers
Cheque's
Payment may also be made using Travelers Cheque's, in pounds
sterling (gbp) made payable to 'Learning Solutions'.
By Invoice
You may request that an invoice be sent to you and/or your
institution. It is your responsibility to ensure that the invoice
is paid prior to the start of the conference.
Payment may also be made using an
International Money Order or Western Union transfer.
Credit Card
Payment may also be made using credit card. Please note: a 2% charge
applies to all items and services paid for in this way: this is
the amount we are charged by the credit card company. To pay by credit

All fees are payable
in advance. No delegate will be permitted entry to the conference
if an invoice is still unpaid.
